On the example of the Komi Republic the experience of the realization regional demographic fertility in 1990 was analyzed. Evolution of modern pro-family demographic policy on the federal and regional levels was considered. Tendencies of level and structure of birth rate were disclosed. Survey found the increase of reproductive attitudes in the conditions of adding its measures.
