In the monograph the methodology and historiography of the housing and communal service (HCS) as the unitary system of the life-support of a man and economic managing in the housing and communal sphere of the Far East of Russia is examined for the first time. The main methodological approaches to the study of the historical dynamics of HCS are analyzed. Conceptual analysis is added by the eventual concreteness и individual approach to the search of the methods of the study of the development of HCS in the Russian Far East.
