The book is devoted to the ancestors of the famous Russian poet Alexander Sergeevich Pushkin - his great grandfather Adam Petrovich Gannibal, his numerous children and grandchildren. The descendant of Gannibal lived in Pskovshchina and to some extent communicated with Pushkin. The rare biographical material and archive documents are presented. The book is illustrated and pictures are taken from the archive of N. Dubinin - the great great grandson of Adam Gannibal.
