The book presents the second edition of the verbatim report of the First All-Union Turkological Congress, held from February 26 to March 5, 1926 in the city of Baku. Reports of world famous scientists, linguists, historians, ethnologists, politicians about the Turkic languages and their future were heard at it, resolutions were adopted.
