The collection of materials of oral history and local lore journalism is the first in Ukraine archeographic-memorial publication, which directly reproduces the causes, circumstances and socio-demographic consequences of the postwar famine of 1946-1947 in Ukraine. The structure of the collection is represented by an archeographic-review foreword, scientific-analytical articles on the peculiarities of the Holodomors in Ukrainian villages and cities of the 1920s and 1940s, a memorial-biographical story about the ascetic activity of OM Veselova, deep reflections of an eyewitness A. Bondarchuk, a collection of memoirs and journalistic materials, organized according to the administrative-territorial principle. The collection is an expression of national memory.
