The monograph presents the core ideas of a conceptual and psychotechnological framework for developing the personality traits of future officers as representatives of the professional elite, based on an aesthetic and semiotic approach. It introduces the notion of an elite officer of the national guard forces as a systemic characteristic of a patriotically oriented individual capable of performing service and combat tasks of varying complexity in dangerous and rapidly changing operational conditions.
