The author of the book, PhDr. Jan Mervalt, was born in 1946 in Hradec Kralove. He worked in state and later private television for a quarter of a century, and for ten years worked in the Brno daily ROVNOST as the editor-in-chief of the supplements department. In this book, he collected his experiences from behind the scenes of working in the media and tells about meetings with interesting people.
