A total of fourteen authors contributed to this collection with their scientific studies. Their authors focused on several thematic areas, such as the significance and evaluation of selected papal documents with a Cyril-Methodist theme, historical figures who contributed to the expansion of the Cyril-Methodist tradition, the importance of the Cyril-Methodist tradition in the national-emancipation process of Slavic nations, unionist efforts of the XIXth and XXth centuries, the perception of the Cyril and Methodist tradition in the period of the first Czechoslovak Republic, or Great Moravian sacral architecture.
