Every silence breaks out into a scream. The "Book of Silences" has already exploded: unspoken words and unexamined appeals. This is the debut collection of the young Chernivtsi poetess Marina Gorbatyuk and it is about the incomprehensible cyclicity of existence, about the impossibility of going beyond, and about two more simple but important categories - about life and death. The texts that you will find here are an attempt by the author to comprehend the world: sometimes it absorbs it with gigantic lawlessness, and sometimes it flattens to the size of an atom, it seems like a tight shell for an overgrown body. The poetry of the collection was born over the course of four years - they are emotionally saturated and sometimes polarly different. However, this will allow each of them to find their reader.
