The book is dedicated to Viktor Stepanovich Bryzgalin, a famous Russian accordionist, teacher, Honored Artist of the RSFSR, laureate of numerous all-Russian and international festivals and competitions, honorary citizen of the Kurgan region.
The pages of the book tell about his teaching activities at the Kurgan Regional Music College named after D. D.
