The book raises questions related to the formation of tea drinking traditions in Siberia and their further development in the late 19th - early 20th centuries. Particular emphasis is placed on the specifics of tea consumption in different ethno-cultural groups of Siberia: among the descendants of Russian old-timers, Old Believers and late Russian settlers of the post-reform and Stolypin periods.
