“Street with Otherworldly Traffic” is a book for children of all ages. It’s about what sticks to the windshield of the Gazelle of Death, a minibus that runs between Vladivostok and Lisbon with punk musicians on board. It is not surprising that there is no plot in it - only miracles remain as dry sediment after such throws. The book talks about them - about flying dogs, endless puddles and self-igniting vegetables. “The Street” can be read from two sides: on one in Russian, and on the other in English. You don’t have to read at all and just look at Anya Leonova’s drawings, which form another narrative thread.
