This book tells about the historical imagination of the Lithuanian society of the first half of the XXth century. Its focus is on nine well-known, "textbook" historical plots: from the liberation of the peasants in 1861; until 1926 coup d'etat. The authors of the book examine how and what information about these plots was created and consolidated by various political and social actors in Lithuania during the interwar period.
