Sultan II. The Young Turks formed the most important political opposition group against the rule of Abdulhamid. The Young Turks, who claimed that the formula to prevent the disaster of the Ottoman Empire was the constitutional government, and the biggest obstacle they faced in this direction was the II. They saw Abdülhamid and engaged in active opposition to end his rule. In this study, the propaganda activities of the Young Turks, who united under the name of the Ottoman Union and Progress Society, in the newspapers published between 1895-1902, in the pamphlets and declarations they wrote, in order to influence and direct the Ottoman society in line with their own ideas, and their calls for revolution are examined. The use of domestic and foreign political events, social and economic-based developments as a propaganda tool by the Young Turks through the media will form the main dimension of the study.
