In this study analyzes the processes in the "tectonic" break of the socio-educational reality, when under the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic, education and interpersonal interactions of teachers, students and their parents moved into the virtual space, provoking challenges and actively searching for their solution. The barriers that exist in the educational practices of Lithuanian schools are revealed, which prevent students from feeling good at school, fully participating in learning processes and achieving optimal learning results that meet their personal capabilities. Most importantly, this break identifies and analyzes in the book the factors that ensure the sustainability of education in critical educational conditions, which become the basis for effective modeling of inclusive education in normal conditions. Their effectiveness and positive impact on the achievements of all students during distance and contact learning is confirmed by the results of a study conducted in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. In the publication, teachers, students and researchers will find ideas for the development of educational practice.
