The debate is the first scientific monograph in Slovene, which deals comprehensively with the problem of the style in the translation of dramatic texts. The author concludes that movements in translated dramatic texts often change interpretive possibilities of the original, proving that the style should be devoted to the fields of translation and literary sciences and is the basis for future analyzes of style in dramatic translations and literary translations in general. In addition, it is also relevant for Slovenians dealing with stylistics, and the translators of dramatic texts will undoubtedly help in the selection of appropriate translation strategies and solving translation problems.
