"Book 4" presents 37 essays on Northern writers, as well as previously unpublished works by a number of authors. This edition includes the names of many well-known authors published in Kolyma: Oleg Kuvaev, Evgeny Naumov, Kir Bulychev, Alexander Biryukov, Albert Miftakhutdinov, Alexey Garipov, Stanislav Olefir, Valentin Portugalov, Vladimir Khristoforov... - and allows us to restore the names of a number of writers who worked in the North. The editors considered it necessary to include in the book an essay on Sergei Sushchansky, the author of the book, who himself has long been part of the literary process of Kolyma. The book is based on archival materials.
