The second book of the series “Biography of the Vitebsk House”, which is published by well-known local historian Arkady Podlipsky, is devoted to the so-called House of Specialists on 1st Dovator Street. The new brochure tells about the history of the house number 14/9 on the street 1st Dovator, as well as about its famous tenants. It is believed that the building was built in 1932-1935, but the local historian was able to find information in archival documents that the house began to be built only in 1935, and the main works were completed three years later. Readers will learn other interesting details about the House of Specialists.
