A methodology for integrating economic approaches and mathematical modeling is presented to formulate a housing supply strategy for developers in the context of project financing using escrow accounts. The authors proposed an unconventional approach to studying the dynamics of the housing stock and the formation of housing supply in the structural context of the number of rooms in apartments.
