The strategy in this work is presented as a long-term project for the development of an organization based on the use of the unique opportunities provided by the external environment in support of the organization's potential. It is shown that such strategic management tools as Foresight can be used in the formation of avant-garde projects that set the tone for the development of an organization and are perceived as a strategic direction of innovative development.
