An autobiography of Stefan Danailov (born 1942), arguably Bulgaria's most iconic actor, written in collaboration with journalist and film producer Georgi Toshev. The actor recalls funny moments from his childhood, interesting off-camera events on film sets, and unknown details about his life. He tells about his encounters with political leaders and shares his experiences from his teaching career. Although Danailov is discreet about the details, he also sheds light on his relationships with actresses Iren Krivoshieva, Nevena Kokanova, Anya Pencheva, and Barbara Brylska. The book contains Danailov's complete filmography and lists of his main theatrical roles and awards. He has played over 150 roles in cinema and theater and on television. In 2000, Danailov became involved in politics. He was Minister of Culture between 2005 and 2009.
