Nikolai Trifonovich Degtyarev (1947-) is a member of the Union of Writers of Russia. The name of Nikolai Trifonovich is listed in the Encyclopedia of literary life of the Amur region of the 19th – 20th centuries. He is a laureate of the G. A. Fedoseev, A. D. Koptyaeva literary prizes, and many others. The first edition of the book was in 2022.
