The issue was published on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of Stalproekt Institute, which originates from "V.E.Grum-Grzhimaylo Metallurgical Bureau" (established in 1915 by the outstanding Russian metallurgist-scholar Vladimir Grum-Grzhimaylo).
