There is an anecdote: “Stalin left two envelopes. One envelope had a sign “Open during the hard times”, the other one had a sign “Open during the crash times”. When the hard times came, the first envelope was opened. There was a note saying “Put the blame on me”. When the crash times came, the second one was opened. There was a note saying “Do as I did”.” But what was Stalin‘s will in reality? Isn’t it already high time to “open the second envelope”?
