The results of scientific research carried out in specially protected natural areas (SPNA) of the Republic of Belarus on various aspects of environmental protection are presented. The articles highlight the analysis and results of scientific research on the inventory of flora and fauna on the territory of the Berezinsky biosphere and Polesie radiation-ecological reserves, national parks "Belovezhskaya Pushcha", "Braslav lakes", "Pripyatsky", "Narochansky", biosphere reserve "Pribuzhskoe Polesie" , biological and landscape reserves of republican and local significance, natural monuments of republican significance. The results of the study of the state of natural complexes and rare biotopes, monitoring of protected species, identification of invasive plant and animal species in protected areas and the experience of combating them are presented, and new and very rare species are described.
