This book is devoted to examining the phenomenon of sexual harassment present in Polish workplaces. Its aim is to verify whether the sample examined as part of the conducted own research is aware of the qualification of certain behaviors in the work environment as practices that fit the nature of sexual harassment. This is an extremely important issue, which in its assumption is to allow for the determination of the relationship between the experience of behavior exhausting the features of sexual harassment and the awareness of this fact. The aim is also to analyze the frequency of behaviors characteristic of the phenomenon of sexual harassment in the work environment and its experience among respondents in general.
