Dulov Andrey Vasilyevich is a Soviet and Belarusian criminologist and forensic psychologist, Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Scientist of the Republic of Belarus (2004). On the initiative of A. V. Dulov, in 1972, the Department of Forensic Science was created at the Belarusian State University, and he headed it until 1990. For the first time in the USSR, the course "Forensic Psychology" was introduced at the Law Faculty of the Belarusian State University. In addition, A. V. Dulov was the head of the scientific school "Formation and improvement of the organization, strategy and methodology of combating crime."
