Mikhail Osipovich Gredinger (12/16/1867, Germany – 01/23/1936), lawyer. Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus (1928), Doctor of Law (1922), professor (1922). On December 20, the presentation of the 14th edition, published as part of the publishing educational project “Heritage of Law,” took place. It included the works of the outstanding Belarusian legal scholar Mikhail Osipovich Gredinger (1867-1936), Doctor of Law, professor, member of the Academy of Sciences of the BSSR.
The outstanding Belarusian scientist Mikhail Gredinger is an example of dedication to his work. He was passionate about science and strived for the development of domestic legal thought: “Mikhail Osipovich is considered one of the first who began to study the problems of legal protection of man and citizen, conducted research in the field of human rights, humanism in law and the rule of law. He is the author of scientific works that identify new approaches to the protection of human rights and freedoms, as well as to issues of responsibility and justice. His works are of interest to all representatives of the legal community."
