Vladimir Danilovich Spasovich, January 16, 1829, Rechitsa of the Minsk province, now Gomel region - October 26, 1906, Warsaw) - Russian lawyer, prominent lawyer, Polish publicist, critic and historian of Polish literature, public figure. The book presents the most significant monographs published in 1861–1896 of the famous Belarusian legal scholar, gifted lawyer and lawyer V.D. Spasovich (1829–1908). The author’s works are devoted to the legal regulation of criminal law and the criminal process, copyright in literature, and the activities of joint-stock companies.
