The author tells children about our forest neighbors in an exciting and accessible form. Here are collected local history sketches and photographs of animals over the past forty years. V. Sadyrin observed and describes the largest animals of the Satka forests - bear, wolf, elk, wild boar, roe deer, lynx, as well as small butterflies, birds, beetles, snakes and frogs.
