The publication of documents and memoirs concerning the Sandarmokh tract - the place of mass executions and burials during the Great Terror of 1937-1938. Sandarmokh is located in the Medvezhyegorsky district of the Republic of Karelia; special settlers and residents of the Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, prisoners of the White Sea-Baltic camp, as well as the most numerous “first stage” of the Solovetsky camp were killed here.
