This monograph is the result of many years of research into the problems related to the Chechen-Ingush ASSR during the war. It introduces into scientific circulation a significant array of archival data, which made it possible to detail the implementation of the national economic policy applicable to the Chechen-Ingush ASSR, as well as to more fully present the socio-economic, ideological and cultural processes that took place in the republic.
