The monograph is devoted to the development of the science of financial law over a 30-year period - from the mid-1990s to the mid-2020s. The greatest contribution to the development of the science of financial law is made by dissertations for doctoral degree in law. The paper collects 100 doctoral dissertations on financial law, reflecting in their main conclusions the scientific novelty of each research. Trends in the development of the science of financial law in general and in each section of this branch are summarized. The monograph includes material on how financial law developed in the Soviet era, as well as a list of the main sources on financial law.
