The third issue of the materials for biobibliographic dictionary presents a systematic description of the scientists, who worked abroad in the field of Orientalism and includes over 300 biograms of the Orientalists who left Russia / the USSR in the XIXth – the first half of the XXth century. The issue is a part of the project of creation of a multivolume biobibliographic dictionary “Russian scientific abroad” containing information about the scientists of the Russian origin who worked abroad during the period from the XIXth century until 1991 (the collapse of the USSR).
