Volume of "Russian Mining History" by A.S. Yartsov is dedicated to the history and the modern author of the state of factories and mines in Eastern Siberia and is called by the author "Nerchinsk part". The volume describes the factories and mines of the Nerchinsk mining district and the Krasnoyarsk district.
Like the factories of Altai, the Nerchinsk and Krasnoyarsk factories in the 18th century developed with the active involvement of administrators and specialists from the Urals. The history of the Ural industry proper of this period is inseparable from the history of factories in Altai and Eastern Siberia.
