The collection presents the articles of scientists from Russia and Baltic states dealing with economic, cultural and national relations between native peoples of Eastern Baltic region and Russia in the second half of the XIXth - the beginning of the XXth centuries. The contribution of these peoples into economic and cultural life of Russian state and their participation in the Civil war are also considered.
