The monograph is devoted to textual, historical and literary studies of the book Roman Acts known in Western Europe from the XIIIth century and translated in Russian in the last third of the XVIIth century. The collection includes about 40 fiction stories. It had a great influence on the Russian literature in the period of transition from ancient literary tradition to modern literature.
