Based on archival documents and epigraphic data, the role of moslem clergy in all spheres of Azerbaijan life in the XIXth - the beginning of the XXth centuries is reflected in the book. The fact, that Armenian territory is the historical territory of Azerbaijan, which was annexed by Armenia in 1918-1920, as a result of Dashnak agression and genocide of Azerbaijan population, is also highlighted.
