The cult novel by Sergei Ukhachevsky "Rogues" first appeared in 1994 and since then has been reprinted five times. Interest in this story has not subsided until now, because even now it is extremely relevant. This is not surprising. "Rogues" was written at the beginning of the turbulent 90s, during the years of the development of wild capitalism in Ukraine. This time, when our state was changing, the time of law enforcement, bureaucratic and criminal lawlessness, overlaps with the present too much.
