Participants stated: negative changes are occurring in the Earth’s biosphere caused by the activities of modern technocratic civilization. If decisive measures are not taken, we are all doomed to die within two or three generations. On June 21, Belarus hosted the II International Scientific and Technical Conference "Rocket-Free Space Industrialization: Problems, Ideas, Projects". It was held near the capital, and it was attended by inventors, representatives of academic and scientific circles, public organizations from Belarus and foreign countries, including the United Kingdom, Germany, Peru, India, the United Arab Emirates, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine, Latvia, Slovakia and Estonia The first conference dedicated to the issues of rocket-free industrialization of space was held in 1988 and gathered about 500 guests from the USSR and abroad.
