The study is devoted to the analysis of the development of Lithuanian right-wing radicalism in the interwar period, discussing its genesis, manifestations and specifics. As a result, a new theoretical approach of social "vigilantism", which has not yet been applied to the study of similar topics, was chosen, through the prism of which the manifestations of early ultra-nationalism in the struggles for the rights of the state language, its fragmentation and subjugation to the goals of right-wing political parties were looked at, 1927-1930. the active "Iron Wolf" organization and its subsequent transformation into the Voldemarine movement, the struggle of the nationalist regime against right-wing radicals and, finally, the aspirations and role of the Voldemarine in the sunset of Lithuanian statehood.
