The book "Restaurants and Cafes of Ancient Kolomyia" tells about food establishments from the eighteenth to the end of the twentieth century, it is an art-documentary exploration-essay. The author collected materials about the gastronomic life of Kolomyia of the past centuries for almost 10 years. The book has the following sections: Austrian, Polish, German times in Kolomyia and the postwar period. After the proclamation of Independence in Ukraine, according to the author of the book, the signs in Kolomyia changed at a cosmic speed, and therefore this period is difficult to study.
