The monograph examines the position of the KMV resorts during the First World War. For the first time, the features of the deployment and operation of resorts as a hospital base of the country are revealed. The aspects of interaction between central and regional government bodies, as well as state public organizations of the All-Russian Zemsky Union, the Union of Cities, the Red Cross, local government bodies in the development of a resort base for the needs of sick and wounded soldiers are shown.
