It comprises 102 judgements in civil and criminal cases as well as in cases arising from the administrative legal relations, that were considered by the Plenum and Judicial Divisions of the Supreme Court of Ukraine and by the Presidiums of regional courts and the courts equated to them, in 1998. None of these judgements had ever been published before. Each resolution is followed by the short summary of the judgement.
