The monograph examines the conditions and prerequisites that influence innovative economic growth. The role of scientific and technological achievements in the country's economy and the essence of innovative potential are revealed; based on the indicators of innovative development of the economy, the level of technological development of the Republic of Tajikistan is determined today; a study of factors of innovative development, such as human capital, technological effect of scale of production and information and communication technologies, made it possible to assess their level and impact on economic growth. The issues of industrial development in the regional context are considered based on such an indicator as territorial specialization of social production; an analysis of financial support for innovative processes, commercialization of scientific and technological achievements, financial support for innovative development is conducted.
