The report is aimed at concluding to a certain extent the activity of parliamentary advocates for the period of vested mandate as established by the legislation. The Report consists of three chapters. The first chapter provides a review of the economic, social and cultural rights. The second chapter outlines the civil rights. Chapter three gives a short description of activities conducted by parliamentary advocates with the view to re-establish constitutional rights of citizens and to provide training to the community.
