The authors of the book analyze complicated and controversial problems of formation of Ukraine's territory in the process of struggle for independence during the revolution of 1917. One of the chapters touches upon the internal conflict between regionalism and cathedrality in the mentioned above period. The book puts the spotlight on ethnical problems of Ukraine.
