Additionally, the book provides an overview of the distribution of Russian printed materials outside Russia and the Soviet Union during the period between World War I and World War II. Finally, the reference book is furnished with an auxiliary index of persons and enterprises names. The project was carried out on the basis of archives and library collections located in St.Petersburg, Moscow, and Stanford (California).
