The collection "Issues of organization of church life in the work of pre-conciliar bodies and the Local Council of the Orthodox Russian Church 1906-1918" of the first vice-rector of the Vitebsk Theological Seminary, professor of the department of church history Archpriest Konstantin Isofatov, was published.
