The monograph reviews the problems associated with the present-day reforms at the federal railways of the Russian Federation. The book presents regulations of the reforms formulated in the recent Federal laws as well as retrospective documents related to the reforms at the railways of Russia and other countries. The wording of the new Charter of the railways of the RF approved with account for the reforms implemented is presented.
